Description

Line cooks are the engine of the restaurant. They arrive early and leave late. Their days include preparation, cooking and cleaning work.

Responsibilities

Here are just some of the expectations for this position:

  • Work efficiently as a team member of a kitchen brigade.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards
  • Ability to work among grill, sauté, fry, pizza and cold food stations
