While we prefer prior experience in a full service restaurant, it is not required and we encourage anyone interested to apply!

Our family story and passion for delicious scratch-made food is over two decades long.
After our founding in 1999 and continued years of success, our legacy has crossed to the next generation of the family. We are proud to carry on what George has started and we work every day to live up to the landmark that we have become in Oxford.
Our Mission
Our restaurant always felt like a second home to us and we want you be able to feel that through the quality and warmth of our food. We’re honored for you to have a seat at our table.
All of our positions share at least the following expectations:
- Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which may include weekends.
- Be a team player. Support and be supported by your co-workers.
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and maintain a positive attitude with a pleasant demeanor.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Management
Shift Managers are responsible for all Front of the House activities and employees. Their requirements are also the Manager’s requirements.
We prefer to promote from within when possible for a variety of reasons.
For one, we think it’s great for employees to have an option to grow into new careers as their experience and time progress. It has also proved to create better results and experiences for our customers as well as us.
